Numerous things to list off I suppose, I'll just go from the ground up.


Like I stated in my latest deviation I'm selling off a lot of my old games. I have games from all over the spectrum for numerous consoles. The consoles I have games for is XBox, XBox 360, and Playstation 2. If you are interesting just send me a note and what system you want games for and I will list them off for you. We can discuss prices from there.

Under Heaven is finally in Production! I'm dishing out about 2 pages a week and I hope to have issue one finished in about 10 or so weeks. I threw up the cover art kind of to show the general style of it. So far I like how it's coming out. I'm still not quite decided on when I will post actual pages but once its all finished I'm gonna print them off into an issue and sell them for like 5 bucks a piece or something.

There is obviously a lot more goin on but that sums up the important stuff. If I have anything more to add I may just do that...or not.

New Journal, Ha HA!

Ha HA! First journal in a while.

As you can see I stared screwing around with the CSS in the journal editing thing or whatev and made a custom journal, whatchu guys think? I also made the artwork at the top and bottom specifically for this so plz comment on that too, I probably won't post those up as deviations >_>.

So anyways, the happenings....


Gots plenty of shit on my plate but hey, its almost the end of the semester so I will be able to pull away from the schoolwork and start pumping out pages like crazy. My personal goal is to have at least two pages done a week over the summer. All the layouts have been properly made and the characters drawn and redrawn so I am now comfortable with them. I hope to have the book ready to go by around the end of summer, er, mostly ready. I will probably make some extras like a blank page with chibi doodles on it or something because I have some friends who want signed copies.



I met up with some friends from home and they offered a pretty a good idea for Abridged style dubbing. I will definitely work on that. I have a whole scene thought out for a part of DNAngel. When I do it I will post it on youtube.


Lets see, what else to rant on...

I've been doing a lot of work but I have not posted a lot. Don't know why I've been holding back in that department, probably due to the simple fact that most of it is shit/practice doodles.

Can't wait to get back to doin the fun stuff <D

Under Heaven Prints

Anyways, I've been thinking about something for a little while now and I would very much like some input.

How would you guys feel of when Under Heaven Chapter 1 is complete if I printed issues of it in bulk?

I have some friends at a printing shop where I first printed Everlife and they should be able to do it in bulk for fairly cheap. Especially if it's about 20 or so pages instead of almost 100. I'll be getting input on every page that I do to make it the best it can be and once summer comes along I should be able to pump out pages like crazy. Hopefully chapter 1 will be done by the end of summer.



To Comics Obscura Members.

The express reason for this is that I'm pretty sure I will not be able to be published in the official Comics Obscura magazine due to the number of artist already involved or just simply my lack of skill. I will still put credit to Comics Obscura in the print of Under Heaven.


Depending on how much each print will be, I will try to sell them for 5 bucks a piece but this is in the future of late summer. I highly encourage you to comment and give your input.

There will be as many issues as there are chapters ( 9, I think) at roughly 20 pages a piece, 1 chapter done probably about every 6 months.

Well, for those who care here is a few updates concerning the current workings of my...work.

Anyways comic is coming along smoothly. I should hopefully have the first page done tonight. Inking is complete and it is scanned in. I just have to tone it now which should take maybe 2 or so hours. The site itself is up and running. Not fully complete, but running nonetheless. The gritty down to the bone stuff is in place, now I just need to make the extra pages. Its viewable here: [link]

Another thing I suppose is that I am officially Comics Obscuras Webcomic Manager. Anybody that is doing a webcomic for us will go through me. I just simply get the site set up and whatnot and work on the web building. All they have to worry about is their news posts and comics. So far we have my own comic as well as a few by *monicalynnevallejo [link] . To my knowledge there is definitely one on the way and one more that needs approval.

College is definitely more difficult with the lack of a place in Lansing this semester. I need to make the full drive every day which sucks but oh well. My new car that I got only two months ago got screwed over. Not an accident, thank god. It was just never taken care of by the dealer and now there is like a billion things wrong with it. I've been using our van to get back and forth until we can patch it and so far it has worked well enough.


I guess that sums shit up. I may or may not see some of you guys later.
